General enquiry terms

What happens when you contact Kymmy & Co. and what an enquiry does and does not confirm.

An enquiry is not a booking

Sending a form or email asks Kymmy & Co. to review your message. It does not:

  • confirm that the work will be accepted;
  • reserve an appointment or production time;
  • create an order or contract;
  • provide a final price; or
  • guarantee a response or completion by a requested date.

Kymmy responds as soon as practical. If you have not received a reply, check your spam folder and confirm that your email address was entered correctly.

Information you provide

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Useful details may include your location, garment type, required date and whether you can attend a fitting. Do not include payment details, identity documents, medical information or unnecessary sensitive measurements.

Disclose known damage, stains, fragility, previous alterations, unusual value or sentimental importance where relevant. Missing or inaccurate information can affect an initial discussion or estimate.

You must have permission to provide another person’s contact details or images.

An inspiration link or photograph can help explain an enquiry, but it may not show fabric condition, construction or fit accurately and does not replace physical inspection.

Sending an image for assessment does not grant permission for portfolio, website or social-media use. Publication requires separate consent.

Suitability and safety

Kymmy may decline an enquiry that is outside current availability or capability, requires an unsafe process, involves unsuitable materials, cannot be completed responsibly in the available time, or requests unlawful copying of protected work.

Next steps

If the request may be suitable, Kymmy will explain the next step. This might involve more information, an inspection, a fitting, a discussion of specifications or a written quote. Work begins only after the applicable quote and terms are accepted and any agreed deposit requirements are met.

Personal information supplied with an enquiry is handled according to the privacy notice.
